Role Description
ASR Enterprises is looking for a Territory Manager to cover Central Pennsylvania. This is a full-time, remote position focused on building and maintaining relationships with systems integrators, dealers, and distributor partners in the region. You'll be out in the field promoting our manufacturers' solutions, driving sales growth, and being the local face of ASR in your territory. If you know the Central PA market and have roots in the security or AV industry, we want to talk.
Day-to-day responsibilities include developing account strategies, conducting product demonstrations, supporting customers and partners, and working closely with the ASR team and our manufacturer reps to close business.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Outside sales or account management experience in physical security, AV, or related low-voltage industries
- Existing relationships with systems integrators, dealers, or distributors in Central PA is a strong plus
- Self-motivated — you manage your own schedule, own your territory, and get things done without someone looking over your shoulder
- Comfortable conducting product demos and technical presentations
- Strong communication and follow-through
- CRM experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field — or equivalent industry experience
